Full immersion of cooking, learning, tasting and lifestyle in the unspoiled landscape of Le Marche. With Franco you will discover the roots of the Walnut Tree: the love for the real Italian way of being and, of course, the passion for cooking. "Cook with love - cook with your soul" is Franco's motto. You will come away with a menu of authentic Marchigiani recipes and the know-how, confidence and enthusiasm to cook them at home for your family and friends. Visits to a frantoio (olive oil mill), winery, fish market, see pasta being made by hand, etc. etc. will be included in this culinary experience.

The Classes

We will offer you 4 days accomodation, food & drink at our 4 star Gallery Hotel Recanati, local transport, study visit to winery, market places, truffle hunting, cultural activities, 3 days (or 6 days for the whole week) of cookery school with renown chef Franco Taruschio. Be sure we will do everything possible to let you feel the vibrancy of our beloved landscape the Marche!
