Taste Le Marche is an exciting venture in gastronomic tourism, offering hands-on all inclusive gastronomic breaks in the unspoilt region of Le Marche in central Italy. After participating in the local ‘Pista’ (turning a pig into prosciutto, sausage, salame, ciauscolo, lonza, bracciole, pancetta, coppa, and all the other gorgeous things you can turn a pig into), husband and wife team Karen & Douglas, together with local chef Gian Paulo, were persuaded to offer this fantastic experience to fellow foodies, and Taste Le Marche was born.
